Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WWW.EGPRINT.NET reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with WWW.EGPRINT.NET. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon order processing.
EGPRINT.NET'S Communication With You
All Communication about existing orders must be done in email form. Verbal communication is not suffice to make changes to existing orders. Emails MUST contain order number in the subject line or they can be deleted for lack of information. All emails must go to info@egprint.net or orders@egprint.net. We cannot be held responsible for emails that do not make it to our server. Please be sure you receive an automatic reply informing you the email has been received. If you do not receive an auto reply please contact our customer service team for help. After a job has entered the manufacturing process changes cannot be made to the order. Egprint.net may send electronic mail to you for but not limited to the purpose of advising, information about changes, and or additions to this site about any of egprint.net's products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as egprint.net deems appropriate.. If cell number is supplied for communication, EGPRINT.NET may communicate with you via text. By supplying your cell number to EGPRINT.NET you are giving EGPRINT.NET permission to communicate via text. Any and all charges incurred will solely the customers responsibility.
Product Information
Most egprint.net products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last. The prices
displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United
States. Prices are subject to change without any notice from egprint.net
Colors
Egprint.net is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by your
customers. Screen proofs only predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and
placement, but not color or density. Electronic proofs do not show color change from RGB
to CMYK, therefore they cannot be used as color proofs. Any files submitted in RGB
automatically will have a color issue with the final product, therefore do not qualify for a
claim. Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.
Due to the gang run process, Egprint will not color match previous jobs even if art is the same.
Acceptable Color Variation with-in order can change by up to 10\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\% resulting in a minor visual change.
This is standard in all gang run printing and can be exprected.
Product Sizes
All 14pt products sold by EGPRINT.NET are cut 1/8" smaller then size specified excluding business cards.
All other products will have a 1/16" tollerance from size. EGPRINT.NET reserves the right cut products
smaller in order to make product fold or look proper. If you DO NOT want EGPRINT.NET to alter your files
in any way please specify that at time of order.
Indemnify
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold egprint.net harmless from and against any and all
claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to
your use of the Site
Problems with orders.
Please inspect all orders on arrival. If there is a problem with your order you have 48 hours
to file a customer service ticket to get your orders reprinted. There are no refunds due to
all orders being custom made. We will reprint your order if we determine the error to be
ours. EGPRINT.NET CAN AND WILL ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SHIP BACK THE
PRODUCT AT THEIR EXPENSE TO DETERMINE IF THE PRODUCT FALLS UNDER
WARRANTY. If the product does not qualify for warranty it is the customers responsibility
to pay all shipping expenses to and from. Reprint orders will be processed in the same time frame
as the original order. Shipping will NOT be expedited. Cutomer will be responsible for any upgraded
shipping methods requested.
Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent egprint.net products are offered for sale
in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely
for the purpose of promoting egprint.net's products and services available in the United
States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by egprint.net from
its offices in Miami, Florida.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida,
without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement
shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, County
of Dade.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or egprint.net. You
may terminate this Agreement at any time. egprint.net also may terminate this Agreement at
any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the
Site, if in egprint.net's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this
Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or egprint.net, you must
promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as
all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Taxes
WWW.EGPRINT.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for
orders to be delivered to addresses within FL. For orders shipped to other states, you are
solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in
pricing information received from our suppliers, WWW.EGPRINT.NET shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
WWW.EGPRINT.NET shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or
not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WWW.EGPRINT.NET
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect
price

Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase
order, regardless of whether www.egprint.net. signs them or not. www.egprint.net. reserves
the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. All Printed material
is subject to a 10\\\\\\% over under run. These means, any product ordered from our web site or
via electronic mail is allowed to be 10\\\\\\% under the original quantity. Egprint is not
responsible for any miss-cut or miss-folded orders, which do not follow our
templates.Please note all orders may be trimmed up to 1/8" shorter than size ordered. All
products must be picked up on or before the 60th business days After 60 business days we
will dispose off all unpicked up materiel.
Shipping
EGPRINT.NET takes all necessary measures to ensure your packages arrive
in a sell able manner. If for any reason your package arrives DAMAGED, please
contact our office imminently. EGPRINT.NET will assist in filling claims with shipper
and take nessasery measure to get you your product back in a presentable
manner. If the package is damaged in transit, EGPRINT will reprint your product
and ship it the same method stated in order unless customer pays for the difference in
upgraded shipping. EGPRINT.NET will not upgrade shipping for damaged boxes
unless customer is willing to pay for the differ. Address Changes to your order
must be supplied by email. Customer needs to specify the the purpose of the email
is to change the address. ALL EMAILS THAT DO NOT STATE ( PLEASE CHANGE SHIPPING
ADDRESS ) will not be processed as a shipping address change. Processing fees of $5 will
apply if shipping labels have already been generated for the order. EGPRINT.NET
cannot and will not be held responsible for shipper errors in transit times. If
customers does not select signature conformation in the shipping section, customer
takes full responsibility for the package after it leaves EGPRINT.NET production
facility.
TURNAROUNDS
Turnaround times are an just estimated production time and are subject to change
without notice unless job is places as a rush order. EGPRINT can and will attempt to contact
customer when production falls behind but is not obligated to.
RUSH turnaround is only valid for orders that pay for rush fees. Orders
placed on egprint.net before 1:00 pm eastern, will be ready the due
date of the order before 6:00PM. Any job with a problem will not fall within
this turnaround. All orders placed on egprint.net after 1:00pm eastern will
be processed the next business day. All jobs that take advanced finishing take longer than the
standard printing turnaround. RUSH Turnaround dates mean that the order will
be done before the end of the business day. If it is a shipping order we
DO NOT guarantee that it will ship on the due date. Our RUSH Guarantee is that
the product will be completed on the due date. After the order has been shipped
we are not responsible for any shipping errors caused by UPS, Fed Ex, Delta
or any other carrier used. Incase the order is not completed in time, EGPRINT will refund
the difference of the product as if it was placed in a standard turn around.
Only dated material is will qualify for a full refund.
OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Mon-Fri.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may not be canceled or refunded once they have gone into production or any
process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Plated or
any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing.
Egprint is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to
customer mistake. To cancel an order you must first call to see if it is possible then
follow up with a email. Failing to follow up with an email or just email and not calling before
will not ensure cancellation of an order. Orders that require a refund at subject to a $5.00
Administrative fee.
User Comments, Feedback, Postcards and other Submissions
All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed,
submitted or offered to egprint.net on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or
offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and
remain egprint.net's property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall
constitute an assignment to egprint.net of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all
copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, egprint.net will own
